The matter is being told of electoral rivalry. The victim did not vote for Dabang Pankaj’s brother in the election, whose rivalry was there for a long time. It is being told that the victim was Phoolchand Bima.
Case registered after 12 days
The victim Dalit youth told that Belari was coming back to the village after taking medicines from the market. In the afternoon, as the sun was very strong, he sat down to take shade under the tree. At the same time, the Dabangg Pankaj of the village got a chance to remove the electoral enmity. He abused the victim Phoolchand and beat him with kicks and fists. When the victim reached the city police station with a complaint, no case was registered on his complaint. The victim kept circling the police station for 12 days but the case has not been registered. After which the victim got tired and reached the solution day today. CDO, in view of the seriousness of the matter, ordered the then CO to investigate and take action. The CDO said that a complaint letter has come in which there is an allegation of assaulting Dalits due to old election enmity. An inquiry has been ordered into the matter. Action will be taken after investigation.
