When the police station in-charge did not register the report, the victim and her family reached the Superintendent of Police office the next morning. Following the instructions of the SP, the complaint of the victim was registered. The relatives have accused the station in-charge of not registering the case due to political pressure.
A case of kidnapping and gang-rape of a Dalit girl who had gone to study in Uchhain police station area of Bharatpur district of Rajasthan has come to light. The girl was molested by intoxicating the drug. The extent was reached when the victim and her family reached the police station to file a complaint, the police refused to register the case. The victim alleges that the station in-charge kept him sitting in the police station for about 6 hours at night. The incident happened on November 29. The victim’s family had gone out at the time of the incident. When the family reached home, the victim narrated the ordeal.
The victim, who reached the IG office, told that on November 29, she was going to college with her friends. In the meantime, two bike-borne youths came on the way and after intoxicating, forcibly took them to the forest after sitting on the bike. The two raped alternately and threatened to kill them if they protested. Somehow I reached home. When the family members came from the market in the evening, I told them everything. After that, she went to the police station to register a complaint, but the station in-charge kept her sitting for about six hours, asking to write a report the next morning.

At the same time, the Superintendent of Police has ordered the CO to investigate against the police officer, the relatives of the victim have alleged that the police station in-charge did not register the case due to political pressure.
