Lohardaga. In the insurgency-affected Pesharar police station area of Lohardaga district of Jharkhand, a case of rape of a disabled disabled woman has come to the fore. According to the information, the rapist Binuwa Oraon (age about 31 years, father Bale Oraon, resident of village Kauwadar) has taken advantage of being alone in the forest to commit the incident of raping a disabled woman.
